I find joy in both the simple and the indulgent. A beautiful dinner, a bit of shopping, a breathtaking view but also the luxury of nature. When the weather allows, you’ll often find me riding my bike or taking a long walk, my favorite ways to get out and move.

Im someone who enjoys trying new things some become passions, others I happily retire after one attempt. Figure skating however stayed. I began lessons a year ago and continue whenever I can. It reconnects me with my younger years spent in ballet and gymnastics. Rock climbing, on the other hand, was a one time adventure. Turns out you need to be some sort of spider monkey for that, which I am decidedly not.

More than anything, I value presence. I'm often smiling, taking in the world around me, and appreciating the moment we’re in. No matter where we find ourselves, I'm fully there.
